Two day Indian wedding with waiting staff in Enstone Chipping Norton Oxfordshire:
Leah says: Lots of guests? A large spaced out venue across a large and complex venue? Many services required? No problem for our dedicated team working at a wedding at Heythrop Park where there were multiple aspects of the whole venue and as many as 700 guests. Pouring drinks, serving canapes and a 3-course meal service were only a few of the tasks we carried out. Our team worked exceptionally well when it came to putting all the effort in to make someone's day special. We were all separated into groups and each given a specific task to fulfill.
Sometimes this isn't as easy as it seems as guests ask for different things or directions and the original task can be discarded. However, we were highly prepared for this and got into even smaller groups and ensured that at least one of us was doing a specific task at a set time. This is typical in lots of events, and despite this being a very long shift, everyone was still as enthusiastic by the end of it.
We loved every minute of working with Gaylord's event management team.
