Having been an Investors in People representative earlier in my career I identified the relationship an agency has with their workforce directly affects how that workforce delivers the objectives of the clients.
Overcoming one of the biggest challenges faced by staffing agencies, which largely employ casual workers for their events, has been a key driving force for us at YET. The very word casual often reflects how these individuals view and deliver the agencies service, to their client.
We at YET don’t view our clients objectives as casual, and as such, believe by operating and managing our valued staff as if they were permanent, invested-in employees we ensure a ‘client focussed' team.
YET strives to break the mold, which enables us to operate outside the limitations or ridged practises of other agencies, which I think puts us at the cutting edge.
